Terms & Conditions: Gift Vouchers

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of Gift Vouchers. By purchasing or redeeming a voucher, you agree to be bound by these terms.

  1. Purchase & Values
  • Availability: Vouchers are available for purchase both in-store (physical cards) and online (digital vouchers).
  • Fixed Denominations: Vouchers are issued in fixed amounts of 200, 500, and 1,000.
  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Vouchers will only be activated once payment has been successfully processed.
  1. Redemption
  • Services & Products: Vouchers can be redeemed against any services and retail products available at 306 Spa.
  • Booking: All services are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance and mentioning your voucher at the time of reservation.
  • Multiple Use: If the full value of the voucher is not used in a single visit, the remaining balance will be updated on the voucher (for digital) or recorded in our system. No cash change will be given.
  1. Validity & Expiry
  • Duration: All vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • Extension: Expired vouchers cannot be extended, exchanged, or refunded. Please ensure you use the balance within the validity period.
  1. Restrictions
  • Non-Refundable: Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Loss or Theft: 306 Salon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Treat your physical voucher or digital code like cash; it cannot be replaced if lost.
  • Promotions: Unless otherwise stated, gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with special seasonal offers or discounted packages.
  1. Digital Vouchers
  • Delivery: Digital vouchers will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. 306 Spa is not liable for vouchers delivered to an incorrect email address provided by the customer.
  • Verification: To redeem a digital voucher, the recipient must present the voucher (either on a mobile device or printed) at the reception desk.

Note: 306 Spa reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of 306 Spa management is final.
